Lacquer glass made by a lacquerer who inherited the technique of Kiso lacquerware, a traditional Japanese craft. The inside of the glass is coated with multiple layers of lacquer to express a water yo-yo. Spiral gold lacquer glitters when you pour a drink.
It is a collaboration product with the craftsman studio "Maruka Kosaka Lacquerware Store" that evolves the tradition of Kiso lacquerware in a modern context.
